Georgia Mint Julep:

10 mint leaves

1 large mint sprig for garnish

.5 oz simple syrup

.5 oz Marie Brizard Peach Syrup

3-4 oz bourbon

Crushed ice

Add mint leaves into a silver mint julep cup, followed by simple syrup. Muddle the mint and syrup, and then fill the cup with crushed ice, followed by bourbon. Top off the drink with peach syrup, then slap a mint sprig and place on top with a paper straw.
